Testimonials

"Hansgrohe and I in particular would like to thank you for the five years of wonderful cooperation, for the hospitality towards our Hansgrohe guests from all over the world and, above all, for the culinary excellence. We are united by our love of our profession, our attention to detail and especially our love for people."

Hans Juergen Kalmbach, CEO Hansgrohe Group

Exceptional & Resounding.

The cuisine of this restaurant is certainly led by a Chef who is little to define BRILLIANT ...!!! Everything we ate was superfine: simple ingredients, fresh and combined with each other with unusual skill!!! Among all I mention the unbeknownst of apricots there honey and fera on a bed of rocket and mint ... I ate two servings!!!!!

A guest from Italy, Tripadvisor

""The most striking of the towns half-timbered buildings is the Christmas-Colored Adler 1604 Hotel. the owners are Roger Meier, a Swiss chef and his wife Genevieve, the couple managed luxury hotels across the Caribbean and naturally, they brought a little tropical flavor with them."

The Wall Street Journal, Off Duty Travel

""IT HAS THE KIND OF MENU YOU'D EXPECT TO FIND IN A TOP NEW YORK RESTAURANT, RIGHT HERE IN A SMALL VILLAGE IN THE BLACK FOREST, AND EVERYTHING TASTES AMAZING NO MATTER WHAT DISH YOU CHOOSE."

A GUEST FROM GERMANY, TRIPADVISOR

Small menu, fine cuisine, seasonally conscious and surprisingly different.
